In determining whether cooked and sold or delivered pizza constituted "meal" for purposes of statute limiting general exemption for sales of food from sales tax, Court of Appeals took judicial notice that millions of Americans consider pizza to be a meal, and that most pizzas contain components drawn from four basic food groups, i.e., bread, cheese, vegetables, and meat. Miranda v. Arizona, 86 S.Ct 1602 (1966)
