237 Libel and Slander Defendant's books bearing legend "AVON pocket-size BOOKS" and a hallmark consisting of an oval medallion portraying bust of Shakespeare was not likely to be confused with plaintiff's books containing legend "Pocket Book" and hallmark portraying a bespectacled kangaroo reading a book so as to constitute unfair competition.
