348 SeamenWhere seaman signed articles for voyage to Far East, and ship's captain while in Hong Kong was warned by United States that Shanghai port was dangerous zone, and Consulate-General denied shipping line safe conduct assurance to Shanghai, and crew knew of general conditions, and newspapers carried ship's schedule which included Shanghai and cargo was taken aboard bound for Shanghai and ship was cleared for Shanghai, and at no time did captain deny that he would take vessel to Shanghai, seaman was justified in belief that captain would sail for Shanghai.
