The words "imbecility, insanity, or madness" as used in LSA-C.C. art. 389, are translations of "d'imbecilite, de demence ou de fureur," found in the French text of Codes of 1808 and 1825, and are the identical words of Code Napoleon, art. 489, and mean mental alienation.
