Our Strategic Sourcing Mission

Our mission is to implement measurable sourcing best practices throughout Thomson Reuters to improve organizational effectiveness by maximizing productivity, yield and focus.

Price is one of many factors influencing our buying decisions. We choose suppliers based on best value, including service, quality, innovation, process and/or technology expertise, management strength, financial stability, ease of doing business together, global capabilities, and more.

Collaboration
To solve the complex problems we face every day in today's challenging global marketplace, we must increasingly tap into the innovative talent and resources of both our customers and our suppliers.

Continuous Improvement
