Important
- You must install VideoSite on a server different from the Microsoft Exchange Server.
- Before installing VideoSite, you must
- install Windows Media Services and Internet Information Services (IIS) on the VideoSite server.
- create a VideoSite Web site in IIS.
- configure VideoSite in IIS.
- You must turn off document footers in IIS in order for VideoSite to function properly.
- Videos stored in VideoSite must be synchronized with the transcript and ready to import into West Case Notebook or West LiveNote. Also, the video files must be transcoded into the proper Windows Media Video (.wmv) format.
