21. California Civil Jury Instructions - California has recently adopted new jury instructions for civil cases - the "CACI Instructions." The Jury Instruction Committee of the California State Bar Litigation Section is interested in any suggestions you may have for improvements in, or changes to, the CACI instructions. The Committee has requested that Trials Digest assist in gathering and forwarding suggestions to the Committee for review and consideration.
