Statements by computer manufacturer that it had changed code name of project from name of prominent scientist to "Butt-Head Astronomer" after scientist had objected to use of his name did not imply assertion of objective fact and were protected opinion under First Amendment; use of figurative term negated impression that manufacturer was seriously implying assertion of fact, tenor and context of communication made reader aware that manufacturer was attempting to retaliate in humorous and satirical way against scientist's reaction to use of name, and use of term "astronomer" was merely means of identifying scientist. Sagan v. Apple Computer, Inc, 874 F.Supp. 1072 (1994)
