Comment during closing argument in tax evasion prosecution in which prosecutor cited former President Nixon to illustrate the plausibility that successful, intelligent people can do foolish, criminal things, and even keep records to prove it, was within bounds of proper advocacy, where context of comment, which was made in rebuttal summation, made clear that it was a response to defense's summation argument that it was implausible for an accomplished and prominent figure such as defendant to have jeopardized his career through tax fraud and left a paper trail. U.S. v. Pirro, 2001 WL 474647 (2001)
