Under Texas negligence law, ostrich owner was not entitled to recover damages for injury to ostriches caused by fright as result of low flying aircraft; there was evidence that ostriches were scared and suffered temporary loss of sexual appetite, but did not suffer any physical injury, and ostriches apparently behaved normally during the breeding season the following year.
