187 GameDefendant's taking of squirrel from South Carolina was lawful, and thus, defendant could not be prosecuted under statute prohibiting unlawful taking or possession of game or wildlife outside Commonwealth, where South Carolina did not prohibit taking and domestication of squirrels and had no statutory provisions for tagging and marking squirrel.
