99 Copyrights and Intellectual PropertyManner in which musical group expressed idea of guitar riff in its song "La Grange" was not substantially similar, as matter of law, to manner in which different musician expressed idea of guitar riff in his song "Spirit in the Sky," for purposes of determining if riff in "La Grange" was original and thus copyrightable, in group's copyright infringement action against automobile manufacturer; no reasonable person could confuse the two riffs, even if only exposed to six or eight seconds of each.
